Your personal data are processed for the purpose of implementing the services we provide, commercial contact, handling requests for quotations and fulfilling legal obligations arising from the provisions of law, pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letters b) and c) of the GDPR.
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, transfer it and object to its processing. If the processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to implement the services offered by inPoint – Łukasz Rybka.
